PRIMO Virtual Urgent Care has a small monthly fee and covers up to 7 additional family members. Insurance does not apply and is not required.

Do I have to make an appointment?

Yes. You can make a same day appointment and be seen within 30 minutes if you are subscribed to the PRIMO Virtual Urgent Care service.
