With over 30 years of experience, my purpose in life is to serve others by helping them adopt a healthy lifestyle.

I have grown up in a family of obese individuals. My father was diabetic, my mother and grandmother had cancer. I have witnessed their suffering and pain that they have endured from different tests, exams, and dozens of pills that they were swallowing.

As a nurse I witnessed many patients coming back with the same problem over and over again. I did not want to be in the same condition, I wanted to be in control of my body, so I started following evidence on how to heal naturally without any medications. I started to look at life through a lens of hope, shifted my perception and now I have the power to live a healthy and a happy life.

Do I have to attend at a certain date and time?

New course modules are released every Friday. Each module is self-paced (It is
preferred to complete before weekly follow-up calls). Weekly follow-up group coaching calls are 3 days after the release of the course module. You will be updated on the date and time when you make the payment.

What is the return on my investment?

This program is supporting you as a whole being, connecting mind, body, and soul back to balance.
